Impartiality Statement
To guarantee the impartiality of our testing, inspection, certification, consulting and agency services, we hereby make the following statement:
1. We shall strictly comply with relevant national laws and regulations, adhere to the principles of objectivity, independence, fairness, impartiality and good faith, abide by professional ethics, and assume social responsibilities.
2. No financial or administrative pressure shall be imposed to interfere with the implementation of our certification, testing and consulting services.
3. We undertake the obligation of confidentiality for all state secrets, business secrets and technical secrets obtained in the course of business. We shall ensure the safe custody of customers’ confidential information and proprietary rights, and shall not disclose or disseminate such information to any third party in any form under any circumstances.
4. We maintain no conflict of interest with the personnel engaged in inspection, testing, certification activities and the issuance of relevant data and results.
5. We shall not participate in any activities that may impair the independence and integrity of our inspection, testing and certification judgments.
6. We shall not engage in the design, development, production or supply of products involved in competitive projects similar to those of our customers.
7. We conduct all market promotion activities in an honest, non-fraudulent and non-misleading manner in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
